    Holiday Cheer for Local Families

    In Partnership with
    The Maslow Project

This year, the Rutledge Property Group is partnering with the Maslow Project to bring Christmas Joy to families in need.

~ For every child you sponsor, we will match and sponsor a child. ~

Here are the details from the Maslow Project:

Play Santa this holiday season and help make this holiday season warm and bright. Since the program began in 2007 we’ve been humbled by the spirit of our generous community.  We invite you to participate in this exchange of goodwill to show support to children and families experiencing homelessness or housing instability in our community.

    How does it work?
Tell Emily ( ) the number of children/child or what size family/families you would like to sponsor this holiday season.
Make sure to mention The Rutledge Property Group, so they can notify us that another match has come up!
You will be matched with a youth or family.  They will provide you with the child or family’s wish list for the holiday.

Then the fun begins – the shopping!  While you’re out, remember to keep gift budgets between $100-$125 per youth, please.  Don’t forget the wrapping paper! Please have the gifts wrapped and clearly labeled upon delivery.

Where should I bring my wrapped gifts?
Gift delivery details will be shared via email or phone. Day/Time will be arranged for drop off at Central High School in Medford.  An alternative drop off location will be designated for Josephine County.

Can my business or organization sponsor a family or child?
Yes!  We love when businesses pool together resources to sponsor youth/family/families.

I have questions or requests, who should I ask?
Contact Emily at or call 541-414-9661, or 541-608-6868 and ask about the Holiday Gift Program.
