    The package is designed specifically to provide some help for the DIY home stager, i.e. that person, couple, or family who will be staying in their home until it sells and has furnishings, artwork, etc. to “stage” with.

    The package includes:
    4 documents:
    11 page first impressions checklist which includes routine maintenance items as well as suggestions to make every room look its best
    2 page showcase cleaning checklist
    1 page quick checklist for the day of a showing or open house
    2 page special Feng Shui tips for a faster, more profitable sale

    2 hours of on site time with me during which we will address specific issues of the client’s choice…choosing color if they are going to paint, furniture arrangement for better traffic flow, items to remove, decorative accessories to add, etc. whatever they want to get advice on.

    Package cost starts at$350.

    She works with clients from Hugo to Ashland.   The above price is good for any location not too far off an I-5 exit.  She has worked with a number of rural clients, but must now charge a trip charge for places like Wimer, Shady Cove, Cave Junction, etc.
