    WHAT you’ll be doing

    • Wake up ready to get after the day!
    • Calls, door knocks and prospects consistently
    • Either be great on the phone or have the willingness to learn to be great on the phone
    • Provide world class customer service to buyers
    • Convert leads to clients, helps clients find and purchase homes
    • Act as an intermediary between your seller and potential buyer
    • Primary duties include follow ups, e-mail communication and overall management of sales pipeline
    • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text and CRM
    • Complete daily sales training
    • Attend daily sales meetings
    • Report numbers to accountability partners
    • Daily script and role play

    • Position requires ability to work any of the 7 days of the week. It is critical that individuals possess the ability to work hours necessary to complete the job and must attend training classes as scheduled. Work schedules and locations are always and constantly subject to change
