Jason Nelson was born in the small farming town of Bonanza, Oregon and is proud to call Southern Oregon home. He married his high school crush and is the proud father of two. Jason attended college in Eugene, Oregon with studies in Journalism & Communications. It was after college that Jason discovered his passion for helping people and creating amazing memories. This discovery led to a long and extensive career in the hospitality industry. He and his wife owned a popular Southern Oregon bakery which was featured on Martha Stewart Weddings and the two auditioned for appearances on the Food Network. Jason’s love and passion for helping people, led his heart to Real Estate and the Rutledge Property Group where he now can help others with one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Jason’s calm demeanor, passionate work ethic and desire to help others is the perfect combination for a successful Realtor.
