388 homes sold in the month of August. As of 8/31/21, 445 properties were for sale. In the last 5 years, our average home price has increased by over 50%! This is an unprecedented time for home values in the Rogue Valley. Inventory is steadily decreasing while the prices are steadily increasing. There has never been a better time to sell!
