364 homes sold in the month of May. As of 5/31/21, 354 properties were for sale. In the last 12 months alone, our average home price has increased by nearly 25%! This is an unprecedented time for home values in the Rogue Valley. Inventory is steadily decreasing while the prices are steadily increasing. There has never been a better time to sell!
